LOCATION: Only a short stroll to the cafes, restaurants, supermarket, cinema, pubs, golf course & beach and only 2 minutes drive from the marina, 4x4 trails & surf breaks.
INTERIOR: The old cottage has been given a make over and provides a relaxing rustic beachside getaway. The unique jarrah kitchen is fully equipped with new oven, cooktop, wok, rice cooker, sandwich toaster, juicer, double sink plus plenty of crockery etc. The huge bathroom has a new bath and large shower. Quirky vintage and new furniture mixed with eclectic art give the house a relaxed charm.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING: A BBQ, secure backyard with large lawn and undercover paved area, lots of outdoor furniture and large stone shed are perfect for outdoor entertaining or just taking in some sunshine.

Furry FriendsWell behaved pets are very welcome to stay in the secure backyard where there is plenty of shelter for wet or windy nights. FamiliesFamilies of all ages will enjoy this centrally located property. A porta cot & high chair are available. A secure back yard with plenty of lawn are great for playing on sunny days & there are board games and a small DVD library for rainy days.
