PERFECT for families, couples, a group of friends or just for two...
RELAX ON RYAN TCE...has been recently refurbished which has brought all the comforts of relaxed holiday living with ample doses of coastal style. Generous living and sleeping spaces make this a great value summer or winter escape.
The holiday house comfortably offers 3 bedrooms - 2 Queensize ensembles, 2 sets of bunks and 1 single ensemble with trundle. A portacot and highchair is also available.
The kitchen is spacious and looks onto the open plan living area. It is fully equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of crockery, platters etc for your holiday entertaining.
The generous open plan living area offers a 10 seat dining table, lounges, 70cm Colour TV, VCR/DVD, stereo, wood heater (plenty of wood available for the cooler days & nights), cooler and fans.
There is 1 bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.
The laundry features auto washing machine and 2nd fridge.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING...
The large secure covered courtyard area with lawn, makes it charming to relax and recline on the sunbeds & hammock with a book or a glass of wine from a local winery or nearby bottle shop. It is perfect for entertaining on the 10 seat outdoor furniture setting with a hooded 4 burner BBQ.
Enjoy the huge grassed rear yard, the perfect place for kids to run around and play. It also offers a rainwater tank for drinking, undercover parking for 2 cars & plenty of room for the boat.

Bedding supplied - Quality wool doonas, doona covers, pillows, underlays, wool blankets and mohair & cotton throws.
