Beach house 5 doors from the Barwon river. Great holiday accomodation with 3 bedrooms plus a 4th sleeping loft/tv room that's a hit with the kids. Ideal for 2 families (comfortably sleeps 10+)
Features new fully equipped kitchen, Tv's, Dvd players, Cd, heating, aircon, extra large secure yard (great for pets), large north deck and Bbq area.
Great location for all water sports, minutes walk to surf beach, 100 steps to the river and the boat ramp around the corner.
