AVista is a charming cottage in an area that has an abundance of local beauty & hospitality. Ease into the lounge chair and take it all in. Enjoy the expansive view of the river - perhaps enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the pelicans skimming the water and boats sailing up the river. Great for a quiet holiday to unwind, or get involved in the many nearby activities. Reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable year round. The house has 3 bedrooms, (sleeps 8) brand new kitchen, new ensuite and new bathroom. Open plan lounge dining area. Polished boards throughout. Covered BBQ area outside, ready to cook your catch of the day or morning breakfast!

Locality. Great fishing & boating- catch a flathead in the river opposite, boat to the "spots" in the river/lake, or fish off the beach.
. Walk along the breakwall to where the Camden Haven river meets the sea.

. A choice of beaches - 800m flat walk to a Grants Beach (patrolled) or a short drive to Pilot beach which is nestled next to the river breakwall (bay like - ideal for children or a quiet swim)

Lake Cathie is often opened to the sea and has beautiful grassed picnic areas for the family.
