At Burnside Lara & Jamie grow avocados, olives, Zinfandel grapes, macadamias and capers. They have a very large netted fruit orchard with over 120 trees and a permaculture vegetable garden. The entire property has been designed on permaculture principles and has been planted over 11 years. Cows, sheep, usually pigs, chickens and geese graze under the crops.
Enjoy a romantic getaway or use the property for a base to explore the area. Suitable for couples, small groups and families. The bungalows made from natural materials, are North facing with verandahs and have cosy wood fires. All the bungalows have lovely natural views over native gardens, remnant bush and the olive grove or vineyard.
Enjoy watching the kangaroos come out to feed each night. Most bungalows also have spa baths.
Enjoy bush walks in the adjoining National Park, walk the 1.7km trail around the property or go for a bike ride on one of the complimentary mountain bikes. Enjoy the abundant birdlife. Children are welcome to feed the chickens and see if anything is ready to pick in the garden or orchard.

Peace and privacy staying on a quiet farm, adjoning National Park, butless than 10 minutes drive to the trendy Margaret River coffee shops and 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Prevelly and Gracetown. World renown wineries like Cullen and Leeuwin Estate are 20 minutes away.
