Built in 1864, this lovely old brick & corrugated iron building started life as 'Brook's General Store' & operated continually until 1986 ( I remember it! ) when it was sold & the new owners began operating it as 'Maldon's Grainstore Antique Market' & for 20 years it remained a thriving business & a destination for 'hunters & collectors' & purchasers of quality antique furniture. Unfortunately this business is no longer operating, but fortunately for us we now own this building & can offer you this quite unique accommodation complex. There is 1 large & completely self contained, well furnished apartment and also a studio unit with its own bathroom & veranda with french door entrance. The complex is ideal for couples or a group wishing to share the main apartment living/dining area with a large kitchen but can still have there own private bedroom & bathroom facilities.
Although elevated, the main entry has a drive in level access.
