Taringa Farmhouse is an uncomplicated family home. It's roomy and sunny, has polished wooden floors and comfortable beds. Pets are welcome and they can come inside. If you like space and privacy it's ideal, and if you want to cook it has everything you'll need. A home away from home...
LocalityGlenlyon is a quaint village 10 minutes from Daylesford.
My advice is to give the shopping a break, why bother driving, everything is here, all you need is the food... and a wine or two isn't bad, sitting on the verandah in the afternoons watching the horses grazing on the hillside. That's what I do, hic! PropertySecluded, peaceful and quiet. The house has peaceful rural views and it's just a short walk to Kangaroo Creek on the property. The Glenlyon General Store, the oldest continually operating business since 1869, has great breakfasts and is 4 kms away.
It is a Land for Wildlife property and I am surrounded by birds and animals in this private little valley and I'm on the next hill if you need anything, otherwise you'll be left in peace.

The Farmhouse has queen sized beds in each of two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the third smaller bedroom.
I can supply the linen but because the house is on a rainwater tank I'm happy to give a discount if guests are willing to bring their own linen and towels so you save me the water useage doing the laundry.
